Due Date

So I’ve decided a due date is a very relative thing.  I tried not to make it definitive, but here’s how most conversations would go.
Person: So when are you due?
Me: Oh late June.
Person: But what is your exact date?
Me: June 28th
Here’s what I would rather say…well, there is no exact date because it is really up to when the baby is ready.  It also depends on the day of your ovulation which no one can really pin down, and it depends on how your baby is doing in there.  If she’s like mine, she is happy and healthy and not coming out any time soon.
Needless to say, I may just be a little bitter that I am having to wait.  I am not really a waiting person.  I am a plan it and it happens person.  I am starting to realize that there is no control in this situation, and that they may be the case for the next ___ years that I have children.  It’s a wierd feeling, but one I better get used.
So happy long walks, spicy food, sex, bouncing on ab balls, and doing yoga squats to me!  Cheers.
